We are proud to announce the successful transfer of ownership of emka TECHNOLOGIES from our founder M. Jean-Gérard Napoléoni to its longstanding employee M. David Brunet, in partnership with the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ, the National Bank of Canada, the Caisse d’Épargne and BNP Paribas.

Mr. David Brunet will now serve as President and CEO of emka TECHNOLOGIES. M. Brunet previously managed the Canadian subsidiary SCIREQ as Vice President, where he led the company in numerous technical and managerial roles.
