usersMANAGEMENT is designed to control access to each of emka TECHNOLOGIES software programs. A user database is created at administrator level, with each user having the following attributes:

• account status: active, revoked or expired
• access rights to one or more emka TECHNOLOGIES software programs
• expiry date (optional)
• software-specific user level (e.g. simple user, administrator)
• logout period (optional)
• identification by login name, password, card

The user database is saved either on a local disk or on the network.
